At Silver Shopper, every Ear-Up™ is individually handcrafted to order using premium materials and carefully inspected before it ships. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as production begins shortly after your order is received.
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.
Return Eligibility
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we accept returns only if you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Examples of eligible returns include:
- You received the wrong Ear-Up™ design.
- You received the wrong wire material.
- You received the wrong bead or gemstone.
- We shipped an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every Ear-Up™ is handcrafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong style
- Ordering the wrong material
- Ordering the wrong bead or gemstone
- Gift purchases
- Slight variations that naturally occur in handcrafted jewelry
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition
Handmade Craftsmanship
Every Ear-Up™ is individually handcrafted.
Slight variations in wire shaping, bead placement, and handcrafted details are a natural part of the artisan process and make each piece uniquely yours. These subtle variations are not considered defects and are a reflection of genuine handcrafted workmanship.
Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims submitted after the 7-day inspection period cannot be accepted.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item received
- A photograph of the packaging or shipping label, if available
This information allows us to review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we confirm that an incorrect item was shipped, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
After the item has been received and inspected, we will:
- Ship the correct Ear-Up™ at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method if the correct item is no longer available.
If the return is due to our error, Silver Shopper will provide a $15.00 refund for shipping costs.
Please allow 5–10 business days after your refund has been processed for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
