Order Processing

Each Ear-Up™ is handcrafted to order.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be carefully handcrafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment. During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment details.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping – $18

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Silver Shopper is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking information is available through the selected shipping service, it will be included in your confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.

International Shipping

At this time, Silver Shopper ships only within the United States.
